About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Respiratory medicine

I wish to thank all the staff on ward 2 from the Doctor at my house, the ambulance crew,

cleaners, kitchen staff, admin staff, nurses and doctors for their smiling faces & calm professionalism during my recent stay. i am also aware of the numerous members of staff working on my behalf behind the scenes. A special thanks to the doctor & her team whose care & treatment enabled me to get better.

Thank you for your feedback, it sounds like you were admitted as an emergency and all those involved in your care worked together to get you from home to hospital as quickly as possible.

It is kind of you to mention all the staff who play a part in making sure your stay with us is the best it can be, so often those working behind the scenes who do so much to keep the hospital running smoothly become our unseen, unsung heroes.

Your kind comments will be passed on to the Sister and Consultant to share with their teams and we will also forward on to the other departments you mentioned as I know they will appreciate your feedback.
