What I liked

I have a rare lung condition and came in with breathing difficulties. The doctor asked lots of pertinent questions, acknowledging that my condition is not one seen much in A & E. He was careful and thoughtful. He made sure I left with the medication I needed. The nurses, too, were clear, informative and pleasant.

I felt very well treated. I wish I had the doctor's name because he should be congratulated for good work - it made a real difference to me.

What could be improved
