"Collington Surgery"

Having moved to the area just over a year ago I am fairly new to Collington Surgery but felt I should comment on how well I've been treated.

I had a new patient medical which led to a query on a previous long-existing diagnosis.

This led to a further appointment with tests and questions which showed that my condition had improved so much so that I didn't need repeat prescriptions any more and I could cut down my medication to use just when needed.

More recently I was offered a free NHS health check which I took up.

This health check was carried out and included a blood test which showed my cholesterol was slightly high.

The results were explained to me and broken down so I now understand good and bad cholesterol and what I need to do to balance it out.

The other results were also explained to me and also what I can do to help myself to become more healthy but in a realistic way! I have always found the reception staff and the nurses and my doctor to be very helpful and always willing to explain things even if this takes a little time. I can only speak from personal experience but I would have no hesitation in recommending Collington Surgery. I have always found everybody friendly, professional and very helpful.
