Until recently I could log on and make appointments for when I needed one and which whom I wanted. Suddenly there were no appointments online and I rang up to be told that they have stopped online booking and everyone has to ring at 8am.
It's 08:40 now and I have been on hold since 8am. "Please continue to hold and your call will be answered shortly". There has been no information put out about a change to making appointments, in fact no surgery information is ever given out. Exactly how long am I meant to hold for when I'm supposed to be working?!
