Although we didn't have our own cubicle the ward was very comfortable.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and approachable,
They cleaned the ward often I couldn't fault the cleanliness of the shared bathroom.
The Healthcare assistant recognised that as a parent I needed support, which I didn't expect but valued tremendously.
Only downside to mention is that my son ordered food but didn't get any.
The surgeon and anaesthetists took time to talk to us and called back to see us, they are all great listeners and have lots of empathy.
