I have been a patient of the Limes for over forty years but, sadly,

I have watched your performance rapidly decline and am feeling very uneasy about your quality of care.

I have only managed to see a GP once this year, although I tried from January to June.

On a number of occasions I have been fobbed off with a Pharmacist who was not authorised to answer my questions, advise or read my test results ALTHOUGH she did tell me I had heart failure and Pernicious Anaemia.

I have been desperately trying to make an appointment but can find no slot for the next five weeks.

I do not think this is acceptable.

I have also just noticed that my injection for Hydroxycobalamin (B12) has been switched to a cheap, synthetic version that is not easily assimilated and takes 48 hours to become activate and can be harmful in some cases.

Please, somebody help.......

I am sorry you have felt the need to leave a negative comment about The Limes, however I am at a loss as to why you have been unable to book an appointment with a GP here over this 6 month period when others have been able to do so. Are you requesting a particular GP on a particular day for an on the day appointment - this could be the only occasion where you may have difficulty? We have telephone consultation or GP bookable slots that they can override. Are you only looking at appointments available online?

Secondly, our in-house Pharmacist is male - Barinder. He has worked for us since August 2017 and is our in-house employed Pharmacist. I think you may be confused with the Pharmacy attached (Brennans) which is a completely separate business. I would therefore strongly advise you to call me so I can get answers to your queries as a matter of urgency.
