I had a need to visit the dept. after an unsatisfactory visit to my GP surgery earlier in the week.
It’s the first time I’ve ever used this dept. and I was very impressed with the fantastic service I received from the Nurse Practitioner.
She was very friendly but professional at the same time.
She put me totally at my ease, and couldn’t have been more caring and efficient.
She turned an awful situation into something very different for me.
