Never get answer on phone been on internet 3 days in a rowno appointment slots been in surgery no help what so ever explain I need blue prescription only certain doctors can sign that's not there problem keep trying to book appointment

I think you want rid of certain patients mainly elderly and vulnerable every month

I'm not stressing to see a doctor

I'm changing my G P to Rushton Street because your appointment system sucks and your reception is not helpful a queue of elderly people who couldn't get appointments and all robbed of you should be ashamed

Hello, we are sorry that it has been so difficult to get through to the surgery recently. We have changed our appointment system in order to improve access for patients and to improve ease of getting an appointment. Unfortunately this has not gone as smoothly as we would have liked. We have had major problems with our telephone system which has made things more difficult for patients. In spite of installing new technology to make it easy to book an appointment on the phone without having to wait for a receptionist, the system itself has been malfunctioning. We are very sorry for this which has added additional stress to the change over. We felt that it was not acceptable for patients to have to wait several weeks for a routine appointment. The new system will mean that if you need to be seen, then after speaking to the doctor, you will be seen that day. We are sorry that this has caused you additional problems and wish you well at your new GP.
