About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

My wife aged 82 has a nickel allergy and is diabetic. She needed a new aortic vslve replacement and an Edwards Sapiens valve was obtained. An apparently risky operation was carried out by a team including another Professor from Kings College hospital who assisted.

We celebrate our 63rd anniversary in a few days time thanks to all the dedicated people who were involved in the operation and aftercare.

Thank you all. Without you all this may not have been possible

Dear Sir,

May I sincerely apologise for our delay in response to you.

It is a great pleasure to read your comments on the treatment your wife received from staff at St George's Cardiothoracic Department, your kind words have been pass onto the team and will be shared with all staff who will greatly appreciate them.

May I also congratulate you both on your anniversary!

Kind Regards

Elaine Bucknor
