What was so difficult with "Checking In" at reception to get a position in a good old fashion queue before having a PRIVATE Consultation in a Consultation Room?

Now everyone blunders around trying to take a mental note of who arrived before them, trying to not listen to the person who's have a consultation just behind a no doubt overpriced, flimsy wooden screen! Complete farce!

Get your act together and get this sorted as it's just embarrassing and stripped everyone of their dignity and left everyone confused with a lack of seating too.
