I am so sorry to hear that you have had such a long wait at the Eye Clinic at Queen Mary's.

The eye clinics do sometimes take some time, due to the tests that patients need to undergo, and we do appreciate the frustration with this. I'll pass your comments onto the Service Manager as it's always helpful to know when things don't go quite right.
