"bad experience"

I went to the A and E at Farnborough.

I had hit my head badly.

Two nurses saw me looked no more than 18 years old, blood test and blood pressure taken.

I was sent to me a lady who tool my name and told me to take a seat where I waited for 4 hours to be seen.

I asked one nurse how long it would be before I was seen.

She gave me the rudest reply I have ever heard.

'what is it my lovely, I will come back to you' which she never did.

I was furious at being called my lovely.

Who on earth would treat a person waiting to be seen.

When I finally saw the doctor, he seemed to thing what had happened to me was very funny,

He said the top on my head had a small bruise and that was that.

From what I could find out on the nhs site was that you should rest and drink plenty for a week which I am now doing and still feeling very tired.

I hope I will never have to go back to the PRUH again.
