Would like to thank the staff for their outstanding care. Everyone person from admission to discharge were polite, friendly and efficient. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses, the theatre team and anesthetists. As a member of staff I felt I was treated with the utmost privacy and dignity at all times. Thank you all

First and foremost, we hope your endoscopy procedure has provided the results you needed/hoped for and facilitated any onward referrals or treatment you require, and that you are in good health. As a valued member of staff, you will be aware of the high standards of care the Trust strives to provide to all patients, and how that care is underpinned by the principles of compassion, dignity and respect, so it is reassuring to read this was your experience as an employee and a patient. We will share your feedback with staff as they will be delighted to know the care they provide at all levels is appreciated.
