About: City Hospital / General medicine

Recently had Mri in July I drank the drink for small bowel mri gave me diarrhoea. The radiologist let me leave the room twice very nice has I was claustrophobic very reassuring, but now received results saying optimal due to patient not drinking clean prep? So I'm not impressed strange they did Mri if I didn't drink the prep? Then saying that anemia got totally ignored on my discharge letter

Thank you for taking your time to write this feedback regarding your experience at City Hospital. I was pleased to learn that one of our radiologists made you feel relaxed and reassured when you visited the hospital. We would like to investigate the issue regarding your results further to ensure your records are correct, and we can make sure we pick this up for other patients. Would you be able to contact the Communications team at swbh.comms@nhs.net so that they can follow this up for you. Kind regards, Raffaela Goodby – Director of People and Organisation Development.
