I received appalling care, no, respect and was dismissed at a visit to the doctor for cavernamas.
I left feed back in May 2018, this was replied to by the matron very politely.
As requested I got in touch with the matrons number, about 8 times and left my number for a call back.
I prefer to speak to the matron rather than pals, that’s my choice.
I’ve never received a call back, not once.
I seems this site looks like it’s being attentive but what happens after the “sorry you felt ....” reply.
Actually I didn’t feel I was treated badly - I WAS treated badly and in a manner not supporting the NHS values.
