"Ophalmic Department poor admin"

About: Warrington Hospital / Ophthalmology

Like a previous reviewer, I to have been attending the glaucoma clinic for some years and am faced with the same problems.

Initially you went for tests and then seen by a consultant the same visit.

In recent years this all changed. Now after your tests you are sent away, having been told that you will be contacted.

Once I was left 10 months and had to telephone the secretary's office in order to get an appointment.

I was last seen on 9/2/18 and it's now 10/8/18 without any communication. I have no idea how my last tests went or how my condition is progressing.

This is very worrying and disappointing and Ophalmics should not be permitting such situations to develope.
