"Telephone Appointment 10th August 2018"

About: Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust

I feel very upset that a particular member of staff had me booked in for a telephone appointment today. She said an appointment letter was sent. I have not received a letter. I would never ever miss an appointment and hate to think I will be labelled as a DNA. My mental health is not good enough to deal with she didn't believe me I am sure. She will ring me in two weeks. Having had bariatric surgery and then falling from the bed necessitating emergency surgery I am very vunerable i.e I can't cope when things go wrong especially as it is not my fault.
