"A very efficient service"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

My appointment was for 9am at the day care centre.

I arrived just before 8.30am & the staff at the reception were very quick to deal with me, they told me to sit in the waiting room till I was called.

To my astonishment David ( nurse practitioner) came for me about 8.55am, he   & Christine looked after me very well. He took my mind of what was happening by chatting to me & before I knew it the job was done, I left the room where treatment took place by 9.25am.

I would like to thank everyone for a very efficient service especially David & Christine for there good work.

Thank you for your kind comments. The only patient guaranteed to be seen on time is the first on the morning list, which it appears you were, although we try to be as prompt as possible, not everybody is lucky.

I appreciate you recognising the work Christine and the reception staff do, teamwork is the order of the day and they make everything run smoothly.

We are glad you enjoyed the chat, hope everything is going as planned and that you are healing well.
