What I liked

nothing at all

What could be improved

lot of things , first of all staff should be trained properly , should be more courteous & polite.

Anything else?

The level of the service has gone down the drain, morally mid wife's are very low and that's the biggest reason they don't make any effort to help the patents. i defiantly will not recommend any one to go to this maternity ward.
