"Praise and Appreciation for Torbay Hospital"

A&E:

I was seen rapidly by the triage nurse, and once called for assessment, was kept informed at all times of the name of the person caring for me and what was to happen next. I felt involved with all the processes.

Orthopaedic Department: the reception staff were always polite, smiling and helpful, as were all the staff who assisted me.

I felt reassured by the frequency and quality of my visits to the department for X-Rays and reassessment by the consultants.

The efficiency of the department was quite awe-inspiring given the huge number of patients for whom it caters.

X-Ray:

I was impressed by the patience and care of the staff in yet another very busy department.

Many of my friends have had good experiences at Torbay Hospital and I am glad to add my voice to theirs.
