My husband has been very ill in excruciating pain which has resulted in hospital admission. A key feature of this surgery is its ready accessibility to clinical care, we have had to have several same day appointments. We have been treated with kindness and compassion not only by the doctors but every receptionist we came into contact with.
Indeed every time we have been in the waiting area we have been struck by the way each receptionist goes the extra mile to help those who come to the desk.No mean feat in a large busy practice.
He has had exceptional care from Dr Metta and Dr Tunde who although very busy have given time, listened to my husband as well as support to me. We have every confidence in them , at the heart of everything has been my husband health, relieving his pain and getting a diagnosis.
