There seems an unwillingness to liaise with internal departments who have an interest in the patient, as well as outside hospital specialists, despite requests by concerned relatives and invitations by those outside specialists. Staff provide minimal information and fail to address relatives concerns. Many staff seem unable to provide minimal services due to too many patients. A bare skeleton staff level on weekends means Physiotherapy service is suspended and no doctors can be found on the ward to speak to relatives or patients. Despite detailed prescriptions provided on admission required doses are missed due to pharmacy failure to provide medicine in a timely fashion.
"Slow, uncooperative, and uncaring"
