The medical service is great. The doctors are thorough and practiced. Getting through to them, however, is almost impossible. Everything they they try to do to solve their communication problems goes wrong. The ask my GP implementation cannot accommodate something relatively simple, eg resetting a password, just fails. The answering system for the phones is pain to use. Sometimes phones out of the surgery to a mobile number just don't get through. They need someone with a clear head and a basic understanding of IT and communication routines to come in and sort them out. They have just sent out messages saying they are closing for some unspecified reason. Maybe this is the reason. I certainly hope so.
