"Fantastic Hospital, wonderful staff and a..."

I attended Broad Green Chest and Heart Hospital after suffering a heart attack in October 2017. I underwent bypass surgery on 25th October and several major complications occurred making me very unwell for a number of weeks.

I can only offer praise and my extreme gratitude to all the staff at the Hospital. There are a number of staff who were particularly kind and patient and some of them will forever be etched into memory. Overall, everyone that I met, from the cleaning staff, catering and right through to the Surgeons, were amongst the most professional people I have l ever met.

I so wish that I could mention the names of some of the nurses and their colleagues that cared for me and to whom I will be eternally grateful for their kindness and sheer hard work.

I am still recovering from my Heart condition as full recovery has been slow and somewhat hindered by another condition, but I fully intend expressing my personal thanks to these wonderful people as soon as possible. In the meantime you will always be in my thoughts and you will be remembered for the wonderful people that you are.

You are all a real credit to the NHS and your professions.
