This has been my surgery for over 12 years, I was happy with the service received at thiese times, in the last 4 years

I have been left in tears at the insensitive response from the front desk to my request for urgent appointments, I have had to give the RECEPTIONIST all my personal business in reception, with others listening. (No privacy) and Data Protection issues.

Receptionist seem to be on a power trip and take joy from being rude to patients. I have witnessed them being very rude to people with language barriers.

I got upset during a telephone call to the surgery as I was really concerned about a lump on my arm, the receptionist put the phone down.

The doctors must be over worked as they do not listen and have missed a fractered toe and constant visits were put down to stress for 1 whole year before I found it was Multiple Sclerosis, even now when I have a serious condition I have to wait three weeks to be seen. Revolving door image comes to mind with all care in this country however not just this surgery...no one cares any more.
