I had an appointment at dermatology around 4 weeks ago. I was seen by David, Pamela and Margaret. I had a basal cell carcinoma biopsy. I had previously had it frozen twice but it kept coming back. I was very apprehensive about the procedure but the team were brilliant. The scar has healed well and it is a very neat scar. I didn't have to wait too long for the appointment which is good. I just wanted to thank the team. They really make you feel special and take the fear away,

Thank you for leaving such lovely feedback. We make you feel special because you ARE special. Pamela and Margaret will be thrilled to hear everything went as we planned. We have a theory that we can talk away your terror, if we are all blethering you will be distracted from the procedure. (although we are concentrating)

Hopefully the lesion is gone for good this time.
