Thanks to the surgery/admin team to quickly resolving an issue where my child’s nhs no.
/ details had been mixed up with one belonging to another patient. The error was made by another nhs practice. When I spoke to the receptionist at Chislehurst medical practice about the problem they quickly involved another member of the admin team who promptly sorted it out the same day.
"Problem resolved by the admin team"
