What I liked
May I send a heartfelt "Thank you" to all of the staff who dealt with me from the moment that I hopped into reception on Friday 9th December. From the friendly, and welcoming, greeting ("We've got another hopper" - brilliant, and made me smile) and all the way through my attendance. I'm sorry I didn't take your names - I would have named you each as warm, lovely, and wonderful people.
"Warm, friendly, and efficient. Wonderful."
