About: New Cross Hospital / General surgery

Can’t believe how rubbish the staff are. The hospital itself is alright but the staff - horrible! I’ve seen patients ring the nurse alarm and nurses not coming AT ALL. You could be in serious pain n they’d never know because they DO NOT CARE. I could go on and on but there’s no point seeing as nothing will change. You need compassion to be a nurse which no one has at this hospital - shocking!
