Injured my elbow and arrived in A& E at 7.45 on a Sunday morning.
Reception was responsive, orderly and very clean.
Quickly had an initial assessment then asked to wait to be seen by a senior fracture nurse.
Not too long before assessed by her and ordered towards X ray department.
Minimal further wait before fracture nurse made and shared diagnosis. Offered tetanus injection to protect from any infection in knee, given arm sling and paracetamol
Discharged a mere 2 hours later. Brilliant, professional service and a credit to the NHS. Thank you!
"Wonderful service at A&E fracture clinic"
