(as the patient),

I was examined by Dr.  Sufraz, a member of the Crisis and Assessment team. I am very satisfied with the appointment as the doctor was kind and attentive and familiar with my treatment history. He even gave me a choice of treatment options which were presented simply and clearly. Now I'm a lot more optimistic that my anxiety will soon be under control.
