"Ease of Mind"

Very pleased with the care taken by all staff involved in the MRI Unit as I was a very nervous patient who also suffers with claustrophobia. I was put at ease during the process of my MRI scan. Had this procedure done at a private hospital a couple of years ago and it was not a pleasant experience and could not go ahead with the scan as my claustrophobia took hold. This experience at Whipps Cross was a very different outcome, thank you all for being so caring. My fears were overcome.
