"Nurse community practitioner"

A nurse community practitioner, from Kingsnorth Medical Practice, was off duty and happened to be at the scene of my families terrible road accident in which our 2 year old son had suffered a depressed skull fracture and was not responding well. Thankfully he was there and had medical equipment in the boot of his car and significantly helped to stablise our son at the side of the road whilst waiting for the ambulance and air ambulance to arrive. Not only did he help our son, he kept us as parents calm and reassured us everything was going well. He was very professional and kept his fears to himself, helping us as a family cope with was happening. We truly believe things would have turned out a lot different if he wasn’t there with his brilliant skills. We’ll be forever grateful for what he did that day, he is a credit to Kingsnorth Medical Practice and the NHS.
