Following a recent visit to the Rheumatology Clinic (Outpatients) I felt I had to write a few words to express how happy I was with the way all the staff conducted themselves, not only in this department but throughout the hospital. Where I got "lost" in the corridors I was approached by friendly staff of all different departments and responsibilities to help me find my way, without having to ask.
When at the clinic the staff were again friendly, efficient and very willing to explain as fully as possible what their findings were and any procedures that I needed. The service was very prompt and the visit ran very smoothly and to the time I had been allotted. The doctor I saw was very good at explaining things to me, as it was my first visit.A big thank you to all the staff involved. (This includes X Ray dept)
