"Quick visit to paediatrics A&E"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Accident and emergency

Took my daughter to paediatrics A&E on 8/8/18 after she burnt her hand. Staff were fantastic. Man on Reception was polite and helpful. Staff in paediatrics were wonderful - really took care of my daughter. Kept me informed of all decisions that were being made. The waiting area was bright and clean and Toy Story film definitely helped take my daughter's mind off her injury. We were seen very quickly and follow up appointments all arranged for us.

Thank you to the staff - you do a wonderful job.
