i was admitted to pierce ward from ae on 31st July 2018 and spent 2 nights there until my operation on 2nd Aug I found all the staff to be very dedicated and very helpful. After the operation I went on to Charlotte ward which was lovely I was in room 3 and we had air con which was a blessing as the weather was so hot.
There were 4 in this room and we soon made friends, so I think less people to a room far better than large wards.
Well the staff here were brilliant so professional and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you, I have to mention one very special lady she is an HCA she was always so happy which in turn made every day we seen her a little better. This is not to say the other staff weren’t happy, they are all so busy and work extremely hard.
Not to forget the doctors who operated on me without them who knows where we would be.
I never got to thank everyone individually but I will be coming in with a little something for them soon.
I was discharged on 6th Aug so just a short stay but a memorable one,
My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone involved in my care.
Keep up the good work you really do an amazing job.
