The appointment system could maybe be better at times, however, you can usually get to see a doctor as there is a duty doctor every day and the online system, which I have had no problems with is definitely beneficial.
The care from all the GPs and nurses certainly cannot be faulted, they do a difficult job very well considering the national shortage of GPs at the moment. Overall a great practice.
