"Excellent service - brilliant staff!"

What I liked

I am writing to say a big thankyou to all the staff at Coventry & Warwickshire Hospital for the kindness and professionalism they have shown myself and my wife over the past 12 months.

This time last year we started the process of IUI treatment at the hospital which resulted in my wife becoming pregnant with twins in April 2011. I am delighted to say she gave birth on 2nd December 2011, all are healthy and well and we are currently at home enjoying our new life as a family.

We have experienced many highs and lows over the past year but one thing that has never changed was the excellent service we received from staff at the hospital, they always treated us with dignity, respect & understanding. Particularly the staff at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine, Ultrasound, Foetel Well Being, Labour Ward & Ward 24. They kept my wife updated on things, were always helpful with advice and gave her the reassurance she needed to help her through her first pregnancy.

In particular a special thankyou to one member of staff at the IUI clinic, a doctor, a Professor & a particular member of staff on the Labour Ward - an absolute star! They have done the hospital & NHS proud.
