(as a service user),

My wife was taken ill during one evening in July with what turned out to be a serious urinary tract infection. the following day with help from staff at The Brunston Castle Resort we were able to access the Dailly Medical Practice and obtain help from Dr. McMaster.

The care she received from Dr. McMaster and his excellent staff in the practice was first class and in keeping with the best traditions of the British NHS. 

Please forward our gratitude and further thanks to this excellent medical practice.

(PS we were able to continue our stay at Brunston Castle until the following weekend due to their help).

Thank you so much for taking time to tell us about this lovely post. I have passed this on to Dr McMasters and his Practice Manger for sharing and their appreciation of your gratitude. I am delighted to hear that your holiday was interrupted as little as possible and you could continue with your holiday because of the practice and their care.

From your post I can't be sure if live in Scotland but I am glad your stay involved some sunshine and warmth (not always the case in July in Scotland). So all in all, a result on two counts!!
