The nurse is always very efficient,. She is the only person who is able to take my blood without having to stab me several times in order to find the vein, even the experts at the hospital blood test center always have several attempts before they are able to take blood and I end up with bruises.
I am really pleased with the Nurse she is always friendly and keeps me calm.
A big thank you to her and I think she deserves a pay rise.
