I was admitted on 16th July 2018 to ward E1, the coronary care unit.
I had visited my GP who called an ambulance because of a very high heart rate.
The paramedic team were first class: very thorough, professional and friendly. The same standard of care continued throughout my stay at hospital.
The A and E team were excellent.
When I was admitted to the ward treatment was outstanding.
All members of the nursing team were patient, understanding and communicated well.
They were good natured and supportive and led by a tremendous ward manager.
The consultant was clear, willing to spend time with patients and provided very good advice.
Cleaning and catering teams were tremendous.
On discharge I was provided with clear advice and guidance and follow since then has remained of the same standard.
I cannot praise the people I met more highly.
They provided a superb level of service and deserve my thanks.
I have no concerns at all.
"The best possible care!"
