I gave birth in March and I’m very thankful to all the midwives and doctors in the maternity/labour wards and post natal wards.
I was treated with respect and great care was provided from all the midwives.. they work extremely long shifts and work so hard to look after us. My last midwife that stayed with me through till the end had stayed even though her shift had ended to make sure I was okay.
The high dependency unit’s staff were all amazing! I would name them but I’m not allowed in this post. But thank you all for being so amazing.
I would just say that the only thing that needs to be improved in the post natal ward is that there needs to be more midwives. I feel that they are really short staffed there and could help with more midwives.
I would really recommend this hospital for giving birth.
"Great care"
