"Made to feel like a time waster."

About: New Cross Hospital / Maternity care

Visited the Antenatal department for a review of treatment recently recieved for a decrease in fetal movements. Appointment was at 08:50 was not seen for an hour. The staff were stood around the unit having private discussions. When I was eventually seen by the Doctor I was made to feel like I had wasted both hers and the departments time and was told not to return. There was no apology for the very late appointment and barely an attempt made to explain the results of the tests which has left me with very little confidence in contacting for advice or having my baby at this hospital.
