"I can't register on the GP"

Good afternoon,

My name is Roxana Borsan and I have 4 weeks trying to register on the GP and every single time when I come to the center with the documentation the people from the reception always find reasons to not process my documents first Friday I was there on 2 pm and the woman from the desk she told me is to buys with a lady and she can't help me, she also told me to come on Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm but she practically lie to me because the center is closed Saturday. One week after I come again to try to register on the GP then the server was down. I understand this and I return the next Friday at 2 pm the lady from the desk told me this time that Friday they don't process registration request and then I ask to hear how many times she will lie me then she told me is anyone on the desk to process me request and to return in 1 hour maybe 2 hours of course when the center is closed. I'm don't understanding what is happen and why I have to receive this treatment the way how the employer is rejected me the right to can have the GP?

I will try again this Friday same hour I hope this time someone will make proper his job. And I hope this complaint will be taking in serious and maybe a change will be made.
