(as a service user),

Attended appointment at fracture clinic with our 2 year old daughter, left sitting 40 mins after appointment only to be seen by a disgraceful excuse of a doctor who thought it would be ok to shout and swear at my partner for asking questions! The doctor wouldn’t let us finish speaking without cutting us off, had to get another doctor in the room to calm them down! !

I am saddened and disappointed to read your story. We all deserve to be listened to and treated with respect, and I am sorry this is not how you felt about your recent visit to the orthopaedic clinic. This is not acceptable and we would like to look into this further.
