About: Barts Health NHS Trust

The reception staff are rude ,one in particular was constantly on his personal phone and ignoring my questions.

Then he told me to sit down ,quite abruptly and over heard his conversation talking about me...This level of customer service is appaling and I would expect better at Macdonalds even.Judging by the look and demeanour of this guy ,looks like that is where he should be working...

Shame as the hospital inside is quite nice.
