"Lots of helpful information"

I have used the telephone service to help me with my back problem which I have had all of my life. 

The lady answered my queries that I have had over the years and she really helped. 

I asked her about my pain and keeping it as little as possible by minimal movement.  I have thought that avoiding physical exercise and holding my self still was the best thing to do but she told me otherwise and encouraged me to move more.  I was able to feel a bit freer and i now walk about 1/2 hour a day even through the pain.  

I could tell by the questions she was asking me that she was really interested in me !

She gave me exercise to do to help me get up from sitting.  It made a big difference.  I thank the service most sincerely
