My next door neighbour was brought to the a&e department at Lancaster and even though they were extremely busy and we was waiting on the corridor for some time the staff we fantastic. The consultant who came to see her was fantastic he took time to sit and hold her hand and explain everything clearly to her. He was so caring and compassionate and had a fantastic bed side manner even under such extreme pressure.
