I went to the outpatients area today with my mum and it was terrible. we waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and still no-one called us in. everybody else had been and left even the people that came after us. I was highly offended as the staff all didnt even apologise, also none of them smiled at all. their personalities were awful and when we eventually saw the doctor he basically just said carry on taking the medicine. after all that time there was no point of us even having the appointment. i felt that it was awfully rude for all the staff including the doctor to treat us that way and with personalities like that they shouldnt be allowed to be working in this industry. it was unfair on us and certainly unfair on any other patients that are treated this way.
