What I liked
Although I was in hospital having surgery to remove renal cell carcinoma, the experience was excellent. This was largely due to the expertise and people skills displayed by all of the teams - theatre, D47 ward and ICCU. My pain was managed well and the environment was clean. All staff were courteous and friendly.
The quality of care was second to none.
My thanks to everyone involved in my operation and aftercare!
What could be improved
Food (but I guess this isn't a new one)!
